Easy to order, and I could finally find my favorite products!
Only one minor issue: they use FedEx carriers which in my experience don't take care of fragile packages. Indeed, many of the cookies were broken inside their package...Easy to order, and I could finally find my favorite products!

I have been shopping with Yummy Bazaar for years. It is my first thought for every holiday, not to mention for my every day pantry items. Customer service and shipping (have never had a mishap as always well packaged) are excellent. Variety and quality of products is amazing. Yummy Bazaar is the best.

Very helpful. There was no issue as I just did not understand email I received. Customer service explained and were very nice about my confusion.

Refused to refund for a missing item b/c I did not report it within the required 24hr window. Nothing about this policy on their website. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth to pay for something and not get it.

STATED FREE SHIPPING BUT THEN SOCKED ME A HEAVY HANDLING FEE. VERY SNEAKY

A jar was broken. It was a mess all over all my items. I had to clean everything and repackage immediately, plus I paid for something that was broken in shipping.

I ended up sick with COVID and wasn't able to take the pictures needed to get a refund.

Kept getting bumped off the site and losing my cart contents.

Unfortunately these biscuits were stale

Your website is very cumbersome, l had to talk to yo one of your reps and it was still difficult.
And when l got to the checkout the quantity for the decaf coffee as still wrong.
By then l was sick and tired of rummaging around and let it go.
